Cykelfabriken reserves for any errors on the website or in other material. We cannot guarantee that all images reflect the actual appearance for example; the color of the products. Your computer's screen and settings can affect the look.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always return the item. (see return policy below).
All attempts that as been affiliated with fraud are reported to the police and Cykelfabrikens will reserves the right to cancel the purchase.
All prices include 25% VAT. Cykelfabriken reserves the right to adjust the prices in relation to changes in currency, tax or fees. We also reserve the fault for possible Incorrect prices. felaktiga priser.
When buying outside the EU no VAT is charged. The price will be corrected when you are registered and logged into the shop from a country outside the EU.
Shipping & Delivery
All cargo bikes are shipped to all regions in Sweden, ready-assembled and quality tested.
- - Pick up at the store: SEK 0 inc VAT
- - Delivery on mounted cargo bike within Sweden: SEK 950 / VAT incl vat
- Delivery of medium goods: SEK 170 / inc VAT
- Delivery on small goods: SEK 95 / inc VAT
Delivery prices can be changed based on the marginal increase from the delivery companies. The correct delivery price is the one listed on your selected products.
- In case of cancellation or if the product is not received, an additional SEK 700 including VAT will be charged in addition to the original transport cost. Cykelfabriken will send a separate invoice later.

Return & Exchange policy
Full return and exchange right within 14 days of receiving of the goods, given that you have not used the goods and that they are returned in original and undamaged condition. When returning or exchanging goods, you are responsible for the return costs yourself. If the item is incorrect, we are responsible for the return shipping. You have no right of withdrawal if the product cannot be returned due to its condition. The Distance and Home Sales Act applies, read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency.
All returns are responsible by the customer. Make sure the goods are packaged correctly, use a trackable shipping method.
Right of withdrawal - Consumer Rights and Protection
When purchasing through our online store or telephone, the “distance selling law” applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in as good condition as when you received it, ie unused and undamaged. Consumer Complaint of goods
Consumer complaint means that if your goods is incorrect and damaged. If the product is defective, you must complain as soon as possible. If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, report it directly to the supplier or the carrier. Contact us at email@example.com. Cykelfabriken or the carrier will compensate for any of the damage caused during the delivery from Cykelfabriken to you.
Damages that have arisen in connection with a delivery order through Cykelfabriken must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery in order for the complaint against the transport company to be initiated. Cykelfabriken does not pay compensation for transport damage.
When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the goods are not damaged during transport. Check if the packaging is damaged. The agent / the carrier must note on his /her and your copy of the consignment note that the packaging was broken upon delivery. After this is done, you can sign.
